This is a new ZCM environment running 11.3.2.

2 x Primary servers running Server 2012 R2 with latest updates
1 x MS SQL 2014 database server running Server 2012 R2 with latest updates

All servers are virtualized on VMware ESXi 5.5.

When we log directly into or RDP into either of the primary servers the servers BSOD with a 0x0000003b error. After further examination we found that ZESService.exe is causing the bug check.

Location Awareness has been enabled at the zone level right around the time the environment was built. We tried disabling Location Awareness and reverting back to Location Awareness Lite on just one of the primary servers and the server still crashes with a BSOD at login. Next we disabled Location Awareness and reverted back to Location Awareness Lite at the zone level and both servers still crash with a BSOD at login.

We are able to log into the servers in Safe Mode. When booted into Normal Mode I am able to connect using RSAT or by UNC but not by using the GUI.

There is a SR open for this but as of yet we are still not able to log into the servers.
