We recently implemented mailbox quotas on a per user basis. GW has been at this organization for 20 years without quotas and everyone has a different amount mail so the per user route was the only way to go without getting major blow back. Some users receive a Mailbox Storage Size Warning when they login to GW and clilck New Mail even if they are below the 10% threshold that was set. There's also a box to check that says to not warn again, however, after checking the box and close/reopen GW the message comes back. How do I get rid of these notifications for the affected users? I've done a gwcheck Analyze/Fix DB/Structure/Contents/Fix Problems/Update Disk space on one of the users and still receive the messages.

This is a GW 8.0.3HP5-118623 environment on OES2 Linux (SLES SP3)
