MS SQL Server - CPU 100%

Every morning this week an issue has started around 6am where our dedicated MS SQL Server running Windows 2012R2 with MS SQL Server 2012 R2 Standard (SP2) has CPU pegged at 100%. I'm running ZCM 11.3.2 Rollup 1 with 5 primary server (W2012R2), 5 Satellite Servers (W2012R2), and about 20k Windows 7/8.1 clients. Everything has run great and the SQL server normally barely breaks a sweat, and then all of the sudden this week the SQL server has been freaking out at around 6am and I have to stop and start MS SQL service to get everything to return to normal. I have all the SQL maintenance jobs setup per the ZCM11 documentation and like I said all has been great until this week. I saw some other posts in the forums in relation to patch management, but we don't use patch management. Does anybody have an ideas or things that I can check before I open a ticket with Novell. Thanks!
