I was wondering if any one else is having this problem or if there is a fix for this. If you are at the Windows 7 Novell login Screen and take control of the machine and log on... the screen will turn black or extremely dark for the local user... It will also happen when a user is logged on and you take control. Once remote session is ended the screen returns to normal. This does not happen when using Ultra VNC Viewer which would rule out a driver issue? Also blank/unblank screen in remote viewer is disabled... We are currently using ZENworks 11.3.2. any help or advice would be excellent thanks!
