We are having an issue with the GroupWsie V14.0.2 client on a Windows 8.1 x64 device. For one of our users whenever he opens an email the email is minimized to the taskbar. We have re-installed the client, ran maintenance on his account and deleted the registry entry where the mail position resides. The issues goes away after the mail position registry entry is deleted then after a few more emails are opened they become minimized in the taskbar again. Not sure if the issues resides with the Groupwsie client or the Windows OS. Any tips would be helpful.
