You also receive this error if your Custom Licenses contain special
characters, e.g. CustomLicenceE1-NoOneDrive-NoSharePoint

You must only use Underscores, as powershell doesnt like any special
characters. so in the example above it should be :
CustomLicenceE1_NoOneDrive_NoSharePoint

Maybe one for the developers to strip out or do a regex replace
perhaps.
