A customer has an SAML IDP in their AM 4.1.1 environment. After being
authenticated by the IDP I get an Access Manager screen that says:
"Please enter a password to verify your account." And a password field
and a verify button. This does not happen at the other customers that
has this setup. The IDP configuration has a contract which is on the
same level as all other contracts and the IDP contract is satisfiable by
other contracts of same level or higher. I do not think it is an actual
new authentication that is needed, but something else maybe? Google has
no hits on: "Please enter a password to verify your account."

Any ideas what this might be?
