CentOS 7 x86_64 is working as well with Designer. Although the install
did not work properly as it skipped nici and jre totally.

To install Designer to CentOS 7 use Designer installer, do the NICI
install manually with yum and use preinstalled Oracle Java 1.7.0_65.

Best if you have an installation from OpenSUSE just copy the designer
folder over the installed one (still need to do the installation tasks).

But CentOS is not as quick as OpenSUSE Tumbleweed due to some long term
stuff under the hood. Same performance level with OpenSUSE 12.3.
