We are having an issues where, during the imaging process, Zenworks Agent fails to log in. The Novell Client and the Workstation log in just fine. Most of the machines we image in fact work fine and log in successfully. However, 30% or so do not log in and in turn do not run the bundle we have set to run on login so they do not finish getting configured.

Zenworks 11.3.1
Windows 7 Pro x64
Novell Client 2 SP3 IR10b

Basic Process:
1: Base and Addon image come down
2: Sysprep sets up Win7 and sets powershell script to run on next login
3: Powershell script sets up regedits and installs certificates and sets next run on login.
4: 2nd Powershell script installs Novell client and Zen agent and configures auto logon for Novell and Workstation then reboots
5: Devices auto logs into Novell, Windows, and Zen and runs a bundle to set up Office and everything else.

Step 5 is where sometimes the Zen Login fails. The weird part is we have our bundles set to Run on User login, not Run on Zenworks Login so I am not sure why a failed Zen Agent login would cause the bundle to not run but that is what we are seeing. The devices just sit at the desktop, logged into Novell just fine, but not in Zen and no bundles auto run.

The wierd thing is that it only happens in some of our locations. Our main office the process works 99% of the time. Take those same devices to one of the effected districts and see a 90% failure rate on the Seamless Login for Zenworks Agent.

Anyone have any ideas on where to even start? I have the Network Guy looking at switch configs to see if theres something obviously different. All of our locations have almost identical network setups. Fiber from our main office's Cisco Catalyst 6509 to a Cisco 3750x switch that then goes via copper to an HP Procurve 5412. Then from there it goes out to an assortment of other Procurve models. Mostly HP Procurce 3500's.

Here is what I believe to be the relevant part of the log file, note that "install" is the eDir username we auto-log with during the imaging process:
