One of our users with a full license mailbox has multiple entries in her mailbox; however, intermittently, she does not see the yellow-ish popup message that gives some basic detail of the appointment (Subj:, Time:, Place:, From:, To. We have uninstalled the client (14.0.2), ran clean-it, rebooted, reinstalled, no change. Proceeded with mailbox checks including structural rebuild, and resetting client options. Looking for some ideas to troubleshoot this/restore the functionality for her.
