We have modified the Signature template for emails from the system.
Sometimes the modified template is used.
Sometimes the default "Novell Service Desk - http://www.novell.com" signature is used.
It seems to be all types of emails. One "This Incident #... has been escalated to..." message will have the modified signature, then another "This Incident #.. has been escalated to..." will have the default signature.

We are also having problems with some mail arriving as plain text and others arriving as HTML - see my post earlier this week - and some of those messages have the modified signature, while others have the default signature.

What is happening?
Are these email problems related?
