I've uninstalled and reinstalled the client and MSXML 4.0; reset
internet options to "factory fresh", run ccleaner, and I don't remember
what all other stuff I've tried.

Same account on a different PC works fine. Plain text view works fine
(but of course we all like the pretty HTML view). Some solutions for
that error message have you fiddle with Protected Mode settings for
Trusted Sites, but those settings on that PC match mine and those email
messages display okay on mine.

Client: Windows 7 pro 64-bit, all updates applied, GW client 14.0.2
