Having a weird issue with one of our admins. After updating server and clients to 11.4.0 everything seems to be working fine except one administrator account. When he tries to start a remote connection he gets the error "Rights Authentication failed. The ticket could not be verified by the ZENworks server. Contact Novell Technical Services". Have tested it and the same issue on a different machine with his user. Same with different browsers. Tried zac cc. Time and date are same as on server. Issue seems to be with his specific account. Can You point me in the right direction? Is there some way to repair his user or just deleting it and making a new one might help? Windows 7 64 bit machines, server running SLES 12.
