The "Notify on Escalate" setting is not working for one of our teams. We have it set to "Layer" - but when the ticket is escalated, the layer is not notified.
The Notification field on the Summary tab of the incident still shows "Email: Technician" - which matches the "Notify on" settings for both New and Update.

But when we Escalate, why is the Layer not being notified?

Is there an Override setting somewhere else that negates this?
