Was the account you were logged in with a member of the Local group
OnePointOpSystem or OnePointOConfigAdmin; this could limit the allowed
access to certain parts of the console. Maybe try logging in as the
service account that is running as the Agent Manager Service acct and
see if the options you are looking for are there.

Are the unmanaged agents Authorized?
