Inconsistent odmain and post office DB versions post upgrade

Last night I upgraded my primary domain and a post office on the same server (SLES11 sp3) to Groupwise 2014 R2. The update was pretty easy. I ran the update, I copied the dc files out to the domain and po directories. I think that was all I should have to do? An old hand like myself, I probably should have read the fine instructions first?

Today I upgraded 2 other domains and a PO. Everything looks right except the database versions don't should up right in the web admin tool. Its very inconsistent. It changes depending on which domain I connect to in the admin tool. If I look at the poa or mta starting log they all show the db version as 1420. Am I missing something?

One other weirdness, this may be the wrong place to post the question: When I login to the web interface to an agent (poa, mta or gwia) the interface is marked read only where normally I'd see an option to restart the agent.

    Any ideas?
