Hi,

I'm facing the same issue on checking in any project: "Unable to lock
the working copy. This might mean that another version control
operation was in process as this time. The server has not been changed.
Please try your commit operation again."
I've tried cleanup several times, refreshing the project and committing,
disabling and then enabling the project and committing, upgraded
designer to 4.5.1.1 and committing, but it is still showing the same
error.

However if i check in a blank project without vault or driverset, it
does not show any error and it gets committed successfully.

But after importing vault and driverset, if i check in, it shows the
same error again and again.

Please help.
