We have 2014.0.1 and have now upgraded to 2014 R2 and are having the same problem.

Some Users on one of our post offices are not getting all the current data back when doing searches. They are searching using quickfind, for say an email address and in some mailboxes it works fine, in other mailboxes it cannot find any emails and in others the search icon takes a couple of minutes whirling around and comes back with the odd old reply and sometimes coming back with different emails, it's as if Searching is slightly corrupt for some users on the post office?

Is there a way to rebuild searches for individual users? Is it just a case of running a fix on their mailbox as i've tried that and it's not made any difference?
