I have recently installed Access Manager 4.2

ADM+IDP in one server and Access Gateway service (not appliance) on
another box.
All communication was open between both box.

While installing the Access Gateway service, I gave 1st box IP for Admin
Console as I had installed ADM and IDP on 1st box.

It went fine without any error.

However, when I logged-in to ADM, I don't see any Access Gateway server
listed on it.

As mention in Access Manager document, I tried exporting configuration
with script as well.
Still no difference.

Can some one suggest what could be wrong or if I am missing anything?
