Over the weekend we upgraded our Banner PROD database to Oracle 12c.
After doing this, the IDM java remote loader didn't connect up properly,
giving the following error:

The solution was simply to remove the classes12.jar file from the remote
loader directory, and replace it with the latest ojdbc7.jar file from
Oracle. (The jar file could be named something like classes##.jar,
ojdbc##.jar, etc.)

After doing this and restarting the remote loader, things linked up
