We've recently deployed agent v11.4 to multiple Windows 7 SP1 desktops and laptops. A group of these laptops runs software called Logger Pro which can record data from usb connected measuring devices, like a spectrometer. Since install of agent v11.4 Logger Pro is unable to properly communicate with the usb measuring devices. Communication either hangs and slows to nearly nonexistent. Sometimes the Logger Pro application hangs or quits and sometimes we get a windows error which mentions "winusb.dll" as the offending party.

If the agent v11.4 is uninstalled and v11.3.2 is installed then Logger Pro usb measuring device functionality is restored.

Any guess what's going on here?
