We have experienced many of our clients losing their trust relationship with our ZCM servers. This seems to happen randomly, no changes have been made to servers or infrastructure. Usually we can re-establish the trust by running zac retr, but I would like to find a solution to reduce or eliminate the need for this. We spend so much of our time responding to users that can not log in, or do not get any of their ZenApps or printers (Zen printer policies fail).
Primary server is Dell poweredge R710 running Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard. ZCM version, ZAA version on Windows 7 Pro x64
