We are running IDM 4.0.2 AE and use UserApp workflows for creating new
contractor accounts with email notifications configured.

There are reports of some Email notifications not being received but
there don't seem to be any entries in the server.log when a mail is sent
etc. From reading other posts it seems that UserApp/JBoss just sends the
mail request to javaMail so there are no debug/trace logs that can be
switched on to track this, but is there a way to track the email
notifications being triggered/sent from the Workflow at all? Is this
JavaMail on the UserApp server, or is this request somehow sent to
IDM/eDirectory to be processed there?

If anyone has any information I'd be very grateful.
