Hi,
when you add a new workflow to the user application it is immediately
visible to the old IDMProv dashboard. But it takes some time until it is
also visible in the new 4.5 dashboard (http://server/dash).

How do you make workflows immediately visible after deploying them? I
guess there is something like a cache that you need to flush? IDMProv ->
Administration -> Caching -> Flush all caches did not help.
