I am trying to get my new Dell K1000 to open tickets based off of emails. I currently have a forward rule setup which in fact gets the email to my k1000 and creates a tickets however the k1000 receives the email from kacehelp@domain.com instead of user@domain.com therefore the ticket is never opened for the user that sent the email. How can I get groupwise client or whatever to forward all emails to the k1000 as the original sender not with the forwarding users email?
