I'm having issues creating the PDF for a KB article using the PDF button without losing all formatting such as line numbering.

When I view the KB article in Service Desk it has all of my formatting correct but when I click the PDF button to create a PDF so that I can either send it to someone or print it, the article loses pretty much all of my formatting and puts the article into one long paragraph. This is especially annoying when you have step by step instructions because everything is in a big blob of text.

Is there a way to fix this?
