It creates the file but then doesn't write to it with an exitValue =

We just what the schema export is all to send to the DBA

It gives a string to run as a command as an example and it is trying to
connect to the db over port 1521.

It appears that a db must be available to attempt to connect to over
port 1521. Is there a reason it needs to attempt a connection to write
out the schema? Isn't the whole point being that the database isn't
available for it to be configured?

Their DBA is wanting to look at the schema file before we do any sort of
connection. Does anybody have this available for an Oracle
