We have a user who, when emailing a specific email address, has a problem with sending the email. Rather than simply transferring, it sits in his Sent folder and it's status is 'pending'. He's currently running GroupWise 2014 R2, in Caching mode. I've checked his send/retrieve frequency and it's currently set to two minutes, but this email has been sitting in his Sent folder for at least ten minutes.

Can anybody offer some advice please?
