A plea for help...I've "inherited" a ZMM 3.0.1 solution after the previous administrators quit. For the last couple of weeks enrolled IOS 9.3.5 devices have not been receiving their email/device security payload configurations when activated. The devices register on the MDM as being contactable but no payload is received device side other than the initial MDM profile. All services on the server appear to be fine and their is nothing in the IIS/Windows/ZMM event logs that suggest anything is amiss. I have around 300 previously activated devices that continue to synch with the MDM and get their email via active synch. Would anyone be able to point me as to where to look/what to try next?
