The NetIQ Price List that provides the SKU does not provide any SKU for
an upgrade from Sentinel Log Manager to Sentinel Enterprise, and it
means that there is no upgrade option available for Log Manager

We informed our NetIQ Sales Rep, and he was unaware about this, and we
are still waiting for his response yet.

Is there anyone who can confirm that if an upgrade option is available
or not.
