POA version 14.0.2
GMS version 14.2.1

I have a question.
We have been having issues with appointments that we create on GroupWise showing up 4 hrs. off on Samsung devices.(It will not hold the time zone correctly). However it showed up correctly in GroupWise when the appointment was created on the Samsung device.(FYI it works fine on iOS devices, but we only use Samsung Galaxy devices in our organization.)

We recently updated to GMS 14.2.1 and the time zone issue seems to have gotten better. The time zone is correct but it is still off 1 hr. The phone time zone for eastern standard time is -5. However when I manually select the time zone for NY it is -4. I assume this is our problem. My guess is it has to do something with Daylight Savings time. I'm not sure where to go from here. I was hoping someone has a similar issue and can point me in the right direction.
We checked the time zones in GroupWise console and it is set correctly to adjust for DST.
