have a strange issue with the

NetIQ iManager Password Management Plugin 10.7.20160608

It is present under "installed" AND "available". (File Location: Novell Downloads)

The same issue is present within Imanager on a OES2015SP1 Server and OES11SP2 - (yesterday I upgraded to OES11SP3 - but nothing changed)

It's also on a local Imanager installation on my Windows Client.

I can install the plugin, install runs through and finished with status "succesful". After restarting tomcat it's still there as "Available" and also as "Installed".

Any hints how to get rid of this?
