Some Sent Items donít show any attachments when the email is opened by the sender, although they are received by recipients. The Sent Item does show the paperclip icon showing that there are docs attached. Attachment Window is turned on.

When the same Sent Item was forwarded to me, I did receive the attachments.

This only happens on some Sent Items and the behaviour seems to occur when drafts with attachments are later amended (attachments added or removed) and then sent. Email could stay in draft for several hours before being amended then sent.

GroupWise client is run in caching mode for this user due to poor online mode performance at this site.

I have been unable to replicate the issue, although I am at a different site working in online mode.

Is this something to do with the way GroupWise handles drafts or caching?
