I am trying to upgrade my Filr 2.0.0.421-HP.474 to Filr 3.0.0.148. on ESXi 6
I installed the ovf file, then I copied the /vastorage disk from the Filr2
to the Filr3 VM folder. I added the /vastorage disk as the Disk 2 on the VM
settngs
I then added a new Disk 3 for /var
On booting the VM I am presented with the "Updating Filr Appliance
2.0.0.421-HP 474 to version 3.0.0.148" dialog asking for the passwords.
After entering the passwords a Filr Appliance Network Settings is briefly
displayed for about 5 secs, and then the installation proceeds and
completes.

The problem is that the /vastorage disk is not mounted and there is no entry
for the mount in the /etc/fstab file. The Filr service in System Services of
the web admin page is not running and cannot be started. If I manually add
the /vastorage disk to the /etc/fstab and reboot, I still cannot start the
Filr service although the disk is mounted and is shown in df -h.

Can anyone help with this, please
