My client has IDM 4.5 and a driver for Microsoft Active Directory for provisioning of user accounts and passwords.

They have a Windows Active Directory 2012 domain, made up of three domain controllers.

The remote loader is installed only on a domain controller and the idm driver communicates with AD by that server.

Weeks ago, the server where the remote loader was installed was lost, and this component had to be reinstalled on another domain controller server to continue the provisioning service from IDM.

My client has configured High Availability of Active Directory Forest, and for example, if one domain controller is broken, another is operational, allowing workstations to not lose connectivity

My client wants to know if it is possible for the remote loader to become operative if a domain controller fails. (Without installing remote loader on another server in the domain)
