Filr Appliance 2.0.0.421-HP.474

If a user hasn't logged in before, then then can't login until server is restarted. I haven't tried individual services, because I wasn't sure if there was an order to restart them. I have read of other restarting the nightly in a cronjob.

This leads to my second issue. I'm not sure the proper way to handle this. After a restart, we get:
Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested directory. There is either no index document or the directory is read-protected.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Apache/2.2.12 (Linux/SUSE)

If I go the the VAADMIN login at https://filr:9443, I can go to Network, uncheck Port Redirection, Apply, check Port Redirection, Apply, then Reconfigure Filr Server and everything will function normally.

What can I do to automate that process, and/or why am I seeing this? Is it just a matter of restarting one process?
