Hello Members,

This is the second time, that a user called me, that he sent an email to a GroupWise user but the recepient never received it. After I've checked the logs, it turned out, that the sender retracted the message right after the send. After I told this to the sender, he denied doing this. He told me that he has only opened the message in the Sent Items folder to check if the attachment was there, then he closed the email. Has anybody else experienced such behaviour? Can I believe the user? Or he indeed clicked the retract button somehow by mistake?
