Are there new keys needed for the install of the product??? Tried to install/upgrade our 11.4 and asked for a key and since my current install is active I have to input a valid key (no eval mode). Any key I tried from our customer portal was invalid. 1.5 hour chat with Micro Focus this morning ended with me being told we need to purchase the product new even though our SLA is good through April of 2018. Tried our sales rep and got voice mail. Just trying to get an answer on how the new products are going to work as we move forward.
