We are running on:
- OES 2015 SP1
- Windows 7 Enterprise x64 SP1 (latest updates)
- OES Client 2 SP4 IR4 (moving to IR5 now)

Is file caching considered stable and supportable? We have enabled it, and have many problems still then:
- users randomly cannot open files
- users randomly cannot save files
- the oplock is "stuck" on the file - even if user has closed it, or logged out completely - we have to clear it in Remote Manager

Setting "File Caching = Off" and "File Commit = "On" and all problems go away.
