I have noticed big performances differences in Read versus Write operations.

Environment :
- OES2015SP1 on HP DL380 Gen9 with SSD.
- No tuning done on NCP or NSS.

Tests :
- On a local NSS volume from a Windows 7 client.
- Test done with files not in cache.

Tests results :
- The server is mainly used for random read operations : Read perf : 640-800Mbps, Write perf : 40-80Mbps.

Questions :
- Is the write performance low ?
- Does NCP/NSS do automatic tuning ?
- Is there a way to get better write performance, while keeping read performances ?
