Hello all,

it seems that the IDM REST driver uses some strange encoding for the
output requests (admittedly, ISO-8859-1).
At least, it is NOT the expected UTF-8 charset: every non-ASCII
character (like "" or "") are transferred to connected system as a
single byte (in UTF-8 it should be encoded as 2-bytes sequence).
Unfortunately, the connected system expects only UTF-8 for non-ASCII
characters.
There is no any settings in the driver properties regarding that.

Maybe, anybody knows how to "explain" this driver to use the needed
encoding?
