Hi Everyone,

I have a user (across two machines) who when views their emails (Mailbox or other Folder), none are being shown.
If the user is GroupWise client clicks on "There Name Home" and then back to a folder or Mailbox, and emails show, in left preview pain.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the client, using a recent release. This only appears for the one user, and I don't believe it to be machine related, as the user has logged onto two separate computers, with different GroupWise client version (All 2014).

Does anyone have any ideas on a fix?

I have tried "Analyze/Fix Databases" and "Structural Rebuild".

And/Or

Could someone please provide any detailed commands / solutions, if there is a fix?
