A user has complained for a year that some emails are missing header info when printed. To my knowledge its only one user, but she prints many emails for compliance purposes. Its very intermittent, sometimes its on internal email, some external. The message I just looked at was internal, it was in HTML format. Its a mystery (I hate it when that happens) and its pissing off my user. Here client is from last summer 14.2.1 8-23-2016


I'm stumped. Before I spend a lot of time opening a ticket does anyone know how to troubleshoot something like this?
