Our users began reporting issues yesterday on emails where they are CC'd on a message sent from internal users on iPads. The list of direct recipients is missing from the message when viewed after double clicking the email in their INbox. The line is just missing from the form, the sender name is clearly visible as is the list of CC'd recipients. If I look at the properties of the email I see direct and CC'd recipients. I thought it might be a problem with views however that thinking appears outdated in the era of HTLM and css stylesheets.
