Was just going to upgrade an IdM Standard customer from 4.5.5 to 4.6 and
I just noticed in the read me that the Entitlement Service Driver is now
DEPRECATED and the recommendation is to use the UserApp for entitlement
granting authority.

This is all fine, except for the fact that Standard customers don't get
the UserApp, you have to purchase Advanced for that. From the
documentation:

IDENTITY MANAGER 4.6 STANDARD EDITION PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING FEATURES:
Rule-based automated provisioning
Password management (Self Service Password Reset)
Identity Reporting
Content packaging framework
Single sign-on (One SSO)
Analyzer
Designer

So if I'm reading this right, isn't this screwing the Standard
customers? There will be no supported way for a Standard customer to
continue to use Entitlements. I know MF/NetIQ for the most part is not
that concerned about the Standard customers, but there are a lot of them
out there that have been loyal for years, if not a decade or more.
Isn't the kinda a poke in the eye to those customers?
