(Single ZCM 11.4.3 appliance system)
I have a WS that shows up in the ZENworks Control Center (ZCC) on the Summary tab, ZENworks Agent Status as 'Unable to connect to the agent service through the IP address or DNS". However, I just updated the agent on the WS to 11.4.3 and that version now shows properly in the ZENworks Agent Version field on the same screen. I can remote control the WS through ZCM. I can ping the WS. The WS is domain joined and there is a group policy set for the firewall which is the same as is set for all other WS which do properly reflect the ZENworks Agent Status.

What am I missing that this WS does not show the ZENworks Agent Status correctly?
