So here is the scenario we use for our after hours oncall. User A calls the Help Desk and leaves a VM. Our phone system sends the voicemail as an attachment to Mailbox1. Mailbox 1 has a rule that forwards the message as an attachment to the on-call staff. On-call staff open the message, then the attachment and finally the attached VM wav file to listen to it.

We recently got new devices, Galaxy S7's. Until then this worked as expected. But now, the wav file that gets played, is the very first WAV file played on the device after the update. I'm at a loss as to what might be causing this problem. Has anyone else experienced it?
