We are getting the below error in in /dash page. Can some one please help us.

com.netiq.common.i18n.LocalizedException: Permission Index search by DN anomalously returned multiple results.

We have already raised SR and got a response that we need to change the xml data of configuration.AppDefs.AppConfig.UserApplication.dr iverset1.system object with <property>
<key>com.netiq.idm.cis.rbpm.updateInterval.role</key>

values but now it is annoying for us every time we get the above exception we need to update the intervals and clear the permindex folder and restarting eDirectory and UserApp. Please help us to get a concrete solution.
