We are running Mobility 2014r2 against GW 2014r2.

I have a user that enters an appointment in GW and it is not syncing to iPhone. I have installed her account on my iPhone and the same appointment will sync to my iPhone. Our iPhones are running the same OS version. The information on her account shows 4 items pending and 178 sycnced for her phone and my phone shows 0 items pending and 175 items synced. Where can I look to find out what is going on?
