I have a few of the ZAA clients that show Awaiting Reboot. I pulled one in to see if I could get it resolved and off that stage. I tried the following with no luck.
1. ran zac zeus-ref
2. ran the stand alone updater (worked on resolving a few other agents but not this one)
3. Uninstalled the agent and ensured it was not listed in ZCC (rebooted and installed current version)

Even after completely removing the agent and ensuring that the object wasn't in the ZCC, after reinstalling the agent it shows back up as Awaiting reboot. Is this something I will have to get support involved to resolved or is there a option or command that might help push this process off that stage?
